About me!

Jonquell "Quelly" Dillard is a wine professional passionate about making wine more accessible and enjoyable for everyone. In 2017, after experiencing overly formal and uninviting wine tastings, Quelly and her business partner recognized a gap in the market for a more approachable, real-world wine experience. They set out to change that by offering education that emphasizes making better wine choices in a casual, fun environment.

Now, with a renewed focus on becoming a sommelier, Quelly is reviving her Wines Spirit Education Trust (WSET) certification. Along the way, her love for wine has led her to collaborate with notable brands and companies such as Sun Goddess Wines by Mary J. Blige, Violo Imports, TedX, The Sip NYC,  and The Black Wine Festival.

Through in-person tastings and social media platforms, Quelly’s mission is to teach people—from novices to experts—how to incorporate wine into their everyday lives. She believes there's a perfect wine for every occasion, and her goal is to help people discover the wines that pair best with their daily activities.
