All orders ship within 3-5 business days. Each item is packed in custom-fit packaging to ensure safe delivery. Tracking will be emailed as soon as your order is on the way.

Once your order is marked as delivered, it becomes the responsibility of the customer. Please confirm your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or incorrectly addressed packages.

All glassware is final sale, unless damaged in transit. If your item arrives broken, email hello@therealwinesnobs.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. 

We reserve the right to deny requests that show signs of use, improper storage, or return abuse. These glasses aren’t for play.

We do not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse or post-party regrets.

By attending a wine event or tasting hosted by The Real Wine Snobs or Quelly, you agree that participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Attendees must be 21+ or older. We are not liable for overindulgence, spilled Merlot, or unexpected exes. Please know your limits and Uber like a grown-up.
